Search not working
Wont let me search for a volume/author non certain if it'southward a bug with the plan or what only it just started. I was able to search not even an hour or 2 ago. Still great app love the convenience. Not working on iPad or mobile. I have been using this app for a while at present and recently today I've had problems using the search bar on both my iPad and Mobile. I tried everything I could think of and thought the all-time thing to do was delete it off one device. I deleted it from my mobile device and re downloaded the app. Upon login I couldn't view any of my books. When I tried going to the website it said I didn't accept any at that place either. Upon looking on my iPad I did have all the books still on that device Only. I'm unsure if this is a glitch or bug or anything simply I like having the app on both devices considering, obviously, I do not e'er carry my iPad with me. I would very much appreciate information technology if these issues could be looked at. Information technology is also no longer actualization online when I log in in that location I have no idea what happened but nil is on my devices and Ik I accept purchased multiple books with barns and noble I tin can't get any assist fixing this trouble I am over seas and can non telephone call nor exercise I have admission to become help from them. The just proof I take that I got these books are on my iPad.

Non happy with the new update!
Before the update you lot could meet the cover of all the books you had bachelor to read in your library. Now yous take to curl through either by author or title and click on each to see them. Of course you tin can meet recent ones that way, but I want to see all my books similar it was earlier. Plus I have to practice this with all my archived books also which takes forever if you lot can't remember who wrote information technology or the verbal championship. I practise not understand why they had to alter that attribute of the app. Bring that option back, please!! Ok, they permit me know I could view them that way by championship or nearly recent, which is skillful, just why take away the choice by writer? For those of u.s. that read a lot this seems like a crazy change to make, this is a reading app afterward all, anything bachelor in championship should be available in author besides(the same format). And then, still no v stars because of that. Don't understand why yous inverse that selection:(

Howdy JAMarsh65, you can yet view your Library items by cover -- all you have to do is open the sort/filter menu (tap the bolded text along the top left that likely says "All Types past Author") and Sort By "Near Contempo" or "Championship." You can also change to Filter Past "Archived," to view but the items you've archived. Frustrating, riddled with bugs, counterintuitive
I used to love my nook app - it was easy to use for all ages. There have been then many unnecessary changes rolled out and so poorly that no ane in the family unit wants to use their nooks because the app keeps irresolute, is counterintuitive, and frustrating - they've all downloaded kindle instead, and have asked me to only purchase paper books. Issues include: I can't sort my annal - while it appears as an option in another family unit member's profile, my contour does not have that option. With more than 400 books in my archive, it'southward extremely hard to find the books I desire to read. Fifty-fifty if I know the author and exact title, the search function does not remember books we know are in the archive - they appear when I whorl through the annal, but non in search. Additionally, here's the nearly ironic bug: the ship feedback/study a issues feature doesn't work - y'all can type, but the "send" button is grayed out and unavailable. Every fourth dimension there's an update I take to spend several hours scouring the FAQs to encounter if they took away functions or if we're only seeing a issues, so analyze whose profile and account works correctly, then try it effigy out why some family members have ten function but others don't. EVERY update at least one family member'south account or profile has a bug; and now, to even report the sorting bug, I had to become into one of my kids' profiles since I couldn't!
